The caution panel adds one more rule: "Do not exceed recommended dose." For Olivaro, that ceiling is 2 droppers in a day. Every other line of the bottle is transcribed on our Olivaro label page.
The unit
How much is one dropper of Olivaro?
One dropper full is 1 mL, the serving size on the Supplement Facts panel. A 30 mL bottle holds 30 of them.
A dropper full means one squeeze and release of the bulb. The glass tube may not fill to the very top. That is normal for a bulb dropper, and you do not need to draw again to top it up.
- 1 mL carries 0.7 mcg of chromium and 200 mg of blend.
- 2 mL carries 1.4 mcg of chromium and 400 mg of blend.
- About 9 mg per ingredient per mL is the average share of the blend. Real shares are not printed.
- No sugar is listed. The liquid is sweetened with stevia (Reb A) and xylitol.

Two is the ceiling
Two droppers doubles every ingredient, including the unlisted caffeine from guarana and green tea. It also halves bottle life to 15 days.

Timing
What time of day should you take Olivaro?
The label names no time, and the sales page we read adds no directions. So the best time is one you will repeat every day.
Guarana and green tea add some caffeine, so a late dose may not suit light sleepers. A fixed anchor, like breakfast, makes a missed day easy to spot. The dial is one example, not a label instruction.

How do you take Olivaro drops?

Check the seal
On a new bottle, look at the safety seal first. The label says not to use the bottle if the seal is damaged or missing.
Shake the bottle
Give it several firm shakes. The label asks for this before each use, because a liquid blend can settle between doses.
Fill the dropper once
Squeeze the rubber bulb, lower the glass tube into the liquid, then let go. That single draw is one dropper full, about 1 mL.
Place it in your mouth
Empty the dropper into your mouth and swallow.
Close and store
Wipe the tip if needed, screw the cap on tight and put the bottle back in a cool, dry spot that children and pets cannot reach.
Log the dose
Write the date and 1 or 2 on a calendar. A simple log prevents accidental extra doses and helps at your next checkup.

Store it cool, dry and out of direct light, with the cap closed tight. The label says: "Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place."

Children and pets
Why keep Olivaro away from children and dogs?
Olivaro is labeled for adults, and the liquid contains xylitol. Xylitol can drop a dog's blood sugar dangerously within 10 to 60 minutes (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
Call your vet or an animal poison control line right away, even if the dog seems fine. Signs can include vomiting, weakness, collapse and seizures (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
For children, the label says to keep the bottle out of reach. People under 18 need a physician's advice before using it. If a child swallows some, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 and have the bottle in hand.
