A real user knows the bottle. It is a liquid dropper, not a capsule or gummy. It is 30 mL and lasts 30 days at 1 dropper. A review that mentions pills, a 60-count bottle or a two-month supply from one bottle was not written by a user.
A real user also knows the price band: $49 to $79 a bottle by pack. A review that quotes $29 or $120 is describing something else.

Does the review claim results no one has published?
No clinical study of Olivaro exists. A review that reports an exact A1C drop, a cure, or stopping a diabetes medicine is a red flag twice over: once because the evidence does not exist, and once because stopping medicine without a doctor is dangerous (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements).
FDA specifically warns about products marketed as diabetes treatments (FDA, Illegally Sold Diabetes Treatments). A review page that echoes that language is marketing, whatever the star count.

Reddit threads can be real conversations, bought posts or affiliate funnels. Look at the account age, whether the poster links to a checkout, and whether replies ask real questions. We have found no Reddit thread we could verify as written by Olivaro buyers, so we cite none.
